Terms of Use

Last updated: July 29, 2026

These Terms of Use describe the basic rules for using QuickTrucks websites, apps, and freight-booking services.

These terms are a working business draft and should be reviewed by legal counsel before public launch. Separate shipper agreements, broker-carrier agreements, rate confirmations, and other transportation documents may also apply.

QuickTrucks service

QuickTrucks provides freight-booking and related transportation support services for business shippers and approved transportation vendors. QuickTrucks may collect payment from business customers and pay transportation vendors separately after service completion and verification.

Business users

Users must provide accurate business, contact, load, carrier, driver, and payment information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity under their accounts.

Load information

Shippers are responsible for entering accurate pickup, delivery, commodity, weight, trailer, appointment, facility, and special-instruction information. Carriers are responsible for reviewing load details before accepting or negotiating a booking.

Carrier approval

Carriers may be required to complete identity, authority, insurance, tax, safety, and other qualification steps before participating. QuickTrucks may approve, reject, suspend, or restrict carrier accounts based on safety, compliance, documentation, or business requirements.

Payments

Business customers may be required to pay QuickTrucks before a booking is finalized or released for dispatch. Available payment methods, processing costs, timing, and limits may vary by customer, payment provider, risk review, and transaction amount.

Vendor payment

QuickTrucks pays transportation vendors according to applicable agreements, booking records, proof of service, and completion verification. Payment timing may depend on documentation, dispute status, compliance status, banking timing, and account information accuracy.

Cancellations, disputes, and exceptions

Cancellations, failed payments, service failures, late arrivals, missed appointments, cargo issues, proof problems, disputes, or suspected fraud may require manual review. QuickTrucks may pause booking release, payment, or account access while reviewing an exception.

Prohibited use

Users may not use QuickTrucks for unlawful activity, fraudulent transactions, false load or carrier information, unauthorized account access, evasion of compliance requirements, or transportation activity that violates applicable law or safety requirements.

No guarantee of availability

QuickTrucks may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue services or features. QuickTrucks does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every load will receive carrier interest or be successfully booked.
