How QuickTrucks works

QuickTrucks gives smaller business shippers a self-service way to find qualified capacity without hiding the carrier rate behind a traditional broker spread.

Shipper posts a load.
The shipper enters the pickup, delivery, equipment, commodity, weight, timing, instructions, and proposed carrier rate.
Approved carriers review and respond.
Carriers can request the load, submit an offer, or respond to a shipper counteroffer through the QuickTrucks app.
The parties agree on the carrier rate.
The shipper sees the carrier compensation, QuickTrucks fee, and applicable payment-processing charges before finalizing the booking.
QuickTrucks takes over booked-load support.
Once the booking phase closes, QuickTrucks Load Support manages operational communication, tracking, documentation, and shipment exceptions.
Delivery and payment are documented.
Pickup and delivery proof are recorded in the app, and approved carrier or factoring-company payments are processed under the applicable payment arrangement.

Transparent pricing model

The shipper and carrier negotiate one visible carrier rate. QuickTrucks' fee is disclosed separately, so both parties can understand the economics of the transaction.

For shippers

Know the carrier rate

Shippers can see what the carrier agrees to receive rather than relying on a hidden buy/sell spread.

For carriers

Negotiate your own rate

Approved carriers can evaluate the load and negotiate compensation directly during the booking phase.

For records

Document every load

QuickTrucks keeps booking, rate confirmation, tracking, proof, support, and payment records within the platform workflow.

Shipper funding and carrier payment

QuickTrucks uses bank-based payment methods for shipper funding and pays approved carriers or their verified factoring companies separately after the applicable conditions are satisfied.

Pre-funded shipper balance

Eligible business customers may fund QuickTrucks in advance through ACH. Pending deposits cannot be used to book freight until Stripe confirms the payment and the funds are available for use.

Pay at booking

Eligible customers may use an available bank-payment option at the time of booking. Any applicable processing charge is disclosed before payment authorization.

Carrier payment choices: approved carriers may select direct ACH payment from QuickTrucks under the applicable payment terms or provide a valid Notice of Assignment for payment to a verified factoring company.

SMS and mobile communications

QuickTrucks may send service-related text messages after a user expressly opts in, including requested app links, account verification, booking or load updates, delivery scheduling, and support notices.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing or using QuickTrucks services.

See the SMS Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy for details.
